Waiting :
Working only on reservation. FR-RIVIERA-DRIVER must do everything to respect the schedules of our customers’ reservations and cannot wait indefinitely for passengers. We therefore ask our customers to please make sure to be ready at the time for which they have booked.
When departing from a train station or airport, the wait for your private driver is 1 hour free waiting.
When departing from any place other than a train station or airport :
- 10 minutes of free waiting.
- Between 10 and 15 minutes of waiting, a supplement of 5 euros will apply.
- Between 15 and 20 minutes of waiting, a supplement of 10 euros will apply.
- From 20 minutes of waiting, a supplement of 10 euros will apply and the driver may cancel the service. The customer is then liable for the amount of the reservation and the waiting fees.
Luggage :
For your comfort and for safety reasons, all luggage must be placed in the trunk of the vehicle. For this reason, we ask our customers to respect the maximum number of bags that is indicated when selecting the vehicle category. In the event of non-compliance with the maximum number of bags, FR-RIVIERA-DRIVER is entitled to refuse any baggage that cannot be placed in the trunk of the vehicle.
As a reminder:
- Eco Sedan range : maximum 3 medium-sized bags or 2 large bags and 2 small.
- Business Sedan range : maximum 3 medium-sized bags or 2 large bags and 2 small.
- Van range: maximum 7 medium-sized bags or 5 large bags.
